Somehow I’ve managed to over sleep. I wake up today at 1:30pm. I can’t remember when I went to sleep or what happened before that. I would assume that at most I overslept two hours. Which is pretty bad, although that is not a guaranteed number. Still continuing, though. Hopefully my adjustment period doesn’t take too much longer because of this. Being extremely sleepy sucks.

Also, some of the times to stay awake are more difficult than others. It’s a lot harder to stay up from 12am - 8am.  The narcoleptic micro-sleeps hit more aggressively, they are kind of difficult to get rid of. Just have to stay consistent and on top if it. I dare say it’s not bad at all, until these times hit.

This has a shifting effect, I have to shift my sleeping schedule over an hour. So now I sleep at 3:00, 7:00, 11:00. Both AM and PM.
